Some Catching Up with the Blog!

Keegan is all done performing on stage now! The Saskatoon Boys Choir, led by Joel Swaan, did an awesome job at their Spring Recital! Keegan had some very proud family members in the crowd!! A huge Thank You to Grandma and Grandpa P, my brother Trevor and my Uncle Don and Aunt Eleanor for coming. It meant the world to Keegan to have some family faces in the group. He did so well, and ended up even doing solos since his singing partner was out sick. We got his hair cut, so had to share a new picture of him in his uniform (well, minus the tie).
Then came all his performances at school the very next week. Pope John Paul ll School, once again, put on a great show! I am always impressed with the staff and students at that school! They did the "Trial of the Big Bad Wolf", it was very well done and way funny :). Thank You to Annette for coming out to see Keegan perform, he was thrilled to have you there!!

Wow, where is May going, and why so fast?? It has been busy here, but going really well! My daycare is full, and I am thrilled and busy (and tired lol). We had alot of fun making our Mothers Day craft this year. On their cards is a picture of each of them along with a poem and their handprints inside. I won't post these as their pictures are on them, but they turned out great. They also decorated pots and Keegan and I picked out some flowers to go into them, that can be planted outside. The older child of each family decorated the pots, since the younger child of each family is almost 1 and 7 months lol.

Thanks for catching up with us!

It Has Been So Crazy!!

We have been crazy busy lately here! Haven't even gotten out for many walks, which I am really missing! Keegan is in the Saskatoon Boy's Choir and they are getting ready for their big Spring Recital on Sunday and then he goes on stage with his play at school next week. He's excited, but seeming overwhelmed right now with all the lines and songs running full-speed through his head!
Yesterday, the Boy's Choir went "on tour", and I helped as a driver. This was a benefit to me also, as then I got to go along and take lots of pictures :) The boys went to the Saskatoon Convalescent Home, Mayfair School and the Sherbrooke Community Centre. The people at each place were so welcoming of the choir and the boys did a great job!!

This is Keegan in his Choir clothes :)
